Stacy Davison has more than 25 years of experience creating and leading training programs. In her role as Director, Learning and Development at Benchmark Senior Living, she manages leadership development training and partners with all levels of the company to ensure associates have quality learning and growth opportunities. She also leads Benchmark’s Inclusion Advisory Council to advance diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives for the company. Prior to Benchmark, she was Director of Training for the Anti-Defamation League, a civil rights agency, where she developed and led anti-bias training programs for business leaders, educators, youth, and law enforcement. She has a Master's degree in Intercultural Relations from Lesley University and lives in Arlington, MA.
